An orb surmounted by a cross has been a Christian symbol of authority since the Middle Ages. Roman emperors used the globe as a symbol of their world domination, usually with the goddess of victory positioned on top. The royal orb is a traditional symbol of monarchical power. Our delicate silver version features a Swarovski crystal pearl in the middle, and measures 1.4cm by 0.9cm.
