Wear as a lariat with the pyramidal heart hanging through the ring, or clip the clasp on to the heart to make a longer chain with the ring hanging in the middle. You can leave it as it is or clip a bunch of charms on to the ring. The chain is  26 inches long, the pyramidal heart measures 1.4cm by 1cm and the Five For Silver ring is 1.2cm in diameter.
